Bipartisan bill seeks to block EPA limits on greenhouse gas emissions from power plants

Energy and Power Subcommittee chairman Representative Ed Whitfield (R., KY) and Senator Joe Manchin (D., WV) on 29 October unveiled draft legislation designed to rein in EPA efforts to restrict greenhouse gas (GHG) emitted by power plants.
