Bayer appoints Koenig to board, succeeding Pott

Koenig: Promoted to the Bayer board. Bayer’s supervisory board has appointed Michael Koenig to the group’s management board, effective 1 April 2013. Koenig is currently a member of the executive committee of the Bayer MaterialScience subgroup and head of its polycarbonate business, based at Shanghai.
