Bayer Builds Polyols Unit at Antwerp

Bayer MaterialSciences says it plans to invest €40 million ($56.7 million) to build a polymer-filled polyether polyols (PMPO) plant at Antwerp. The plant will have capacity for 60,000 m.t./year and is scheduled for commissioning in late 2008, Bayer says.
