BP Sells Two Midstream Assets in Texas

BP says its American production company intends to sell two gas processing plants at Sunray, TX, and Hemphill, TX, as well as their associated gas gathering system, to Eagle Rock Energy Partners (Houston) for $227.5 million in cash.
