BASF to divest

BASF says it plans to divest its BASF Wall Systems subsidiary together with the business’s Marktredwitz, Germany, site. Wall Systems is a medium-sized supplier of insulation and finishing systems in the German market. BASF Wall Systems’ staff will continue to be employed by the new owner, BASF says.
