BASF-Addcon Nordic Deal

BASF says it will sell global marketing and distribution of its Formi brand feed additive business to the Addcon Group’s Addcon Nordic (Porsgrunn, Norway), which toll manufactures the product. Terms were not disclosed. The move allows BASF’s Nutrition Ingredients business to focus on supplying liquid organic, BASF says.
