Arkema Buys in Italy

Ceca, an Arkema subsidiary, has acquired Winkelmann Mineraria (Milan) for an undisclosed amount. Winkelmann Mineraria produces cellulose and expanded perlite at Foggia, Italy and has sales of about €6 million/year ($7.7 million).
