(FRPC; Quanzhou, China), a joint venture in which Fujian Petrochemical has 50%, and ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco have 25% each, is planning to expand capacity at its Quanzhou production complex, CW has learned. Sources tell CW that the jv plans to add 200,000 m.t./year of ethylene and 100,000 m.t./year of propylene capacity, and debottleneck the complex’s downstream polyolefin plants.
