AkzoNobel to divest paints stores in Germany

AkzoNobel says it intends to sell its decorative paints stores in Germany to independent wholesale distributors. The company operates 72 stores in Germany, selling professional paint and third-party products, and the decorative paints organization employs about 950 people in the country.
