The deal is expected to close by the end of June. Edwards’ chemical management division manufactures equipment for semiconductor producers as well as OEMs and will “complement Air Liquide Electronics’ position in the high purity fluid equipment and installation sector, particularly in the U.S. and in Asia,” Air...
