Air Liquide to Buy Chemical Management Business

Air Liquide Electronics, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Holdings, says it has signed an agreement to acquire the “major part” of the assets of the chemical management division of Edwards Vacuum, for an undisclosed amount. The deal is expected to close by the end of June.
