ACC and Socma urge Congress to extend CFATS

ACC and Socma testified before Congress on 27 February urging the passage of legislation to extend the Chemical Facilitiy Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) program. Clyde Miller, director of corporate security for BASF, represented ACC before the Houseâ€™s Committee on Homeland Security Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection and Security Technologies.
