Saudi ammonia deal

ThyssenKrupp Uhde says it has been subcontracted by engineering group Daelim (Seoul) to provide technology for a large ammonia plant being built by Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maâ€™aden) at Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. The 3,300-m.t./day ammonia plant will form part of a large phosphate ore and fertilizer project. The plant will use ThyssenKrupp Uhdeâ€™s dual-pressure ammonia process and is expected onstream in 2016.
