ECHA committees agree on length of review period

The committees for risk assessment and socio-economic analysis of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) have concluded in a joint session that they would recommend to the commission the duration of the review period for the use being applied for, ECHA says.  The committees agreed on the main principle that they could recommend a "normal," "short," or "long" period.
