H.B Fuller earnings up, but slightly short of estimates

Adhesives maker H.B. Fuller has reported net income from continuing operations of $20.8 million, or 41 cts/share, for the companyâ€™s fiscal first quarter. Net income from continuing operations rose 52.9% year-on-year from the same period in fiscal 2012. Net revenue was up 38.9%, to $479.8 million, mostly because of the impact of the acquired Forbo business. Fullerâ€™s fiscal first-quarter ended on 2 March.
