Ridinger: Reorganization will focus company on target markets. Lonza plans to adapt its management structure to focus on target markets and to improve the effectiveness of the company’s organizational structure and operations. Lonza’s management committee will be renamed executive committee and will consist of five members: Richard Ridinger, CEO; Toralf Haag, CFO; Marc Funk, chief legal officer; Stephan Kutzer, COO; and Beat In-Albon, COO.
