Odfjell–private equity storage jv goes global

Odfjell says it has signed a letter of intent to expand its tank storage joint venture with Lindsay Goldberg (New York), a private equity firm, to include almost all of Odfjell’s tank terminals business worldwide. Lindsay Goldberg will acquire a 49% interest in Odfjell Terminals, the Odfjell subsidiary that holds almost all of the company’s tank terminal activities, and the assets of the existing jv between Odfjell and Lindsay Goldberg will become a part of Odfjell Terminals, according to the agreement.
