Vietnam details petchems complex; partners to market output

Nakano: Important project for Idemitsu. Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical (NSRP), a previously announced joint venture project in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, will include 3 petrochemical production facilities in addition to a refinery, which in the first phase will have throughput of 200,000 bbl/day and use Kuwaiti crude oil.
