Chemical Week Magazine :: New Construction Projects Sibur, Sinopec advance rubber investments in Russia, China9:05 AM MST | November 9, 2012 Sibur (Moscow) and Sinopec International (Hong Kong), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec, have signed an agreement under which Sinopec will purchase 25%, plus one share, of Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubbers Plant (KSRP; Krasnoyarsk, Russia), a Sibur subsidiary. The previously announced agreement was signed in the presence of Sibur CEO Dmitry Konov and the president of Sinopec, Wang Tianpu. It is yet to be approved by Russian and Chinese regulators.
