Chemical Week Magazine :: New Construction Projects Samsung Receives Fertilizer Order in Bolivia, Enters Latin America8:37 AM MDT | August 20, 2012 Samsung Engineering has received a notification of award for an $843-million fertilizer plant from Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos, Bolivia’s state-owned oil company. The fertilizer complex will be built at Entre Ríos in the state of Cochabamba, Bolivia. It will be designed to produce 650,000 m.t./year of ammonia and 725,000 m.t./year of urea, using natural gas as feedstock.
