The company is a 50-50 joint venture between Daelim Industrial (Seoul) and Basell. “We are exploring expansion opportunities, and will make a decision in the first half of this year,” Jong Hee Lee, director and plant manager at PolyMirae, tells CW. The company is considering various market and portfolio criteria for the capacity increase, Lee says. PolyMirae operates four PP lines at Yeosu with a combined capacity of 620,000 m.t./year...
