PhosAgro signs contract with Incro for NPK fertilizer plant

PhosAgro (Moscow) has signed a contract with Incro (Madrid) to carry out engineering design work on a new production line at PhosAgro’s Balakovo, Russia, fertilizer complex. The contract covers development of detailed engineering specifications for a new NPK-NPS-NP complex fertilizer line with a 450,000-m.t./year capacity, using Incro’s technology. The project is expected to cost $190 million and is scheduled to be onstream by 2016. It will help PhosAgro to achieve its goal of increasing its internal processing of phosphate rock and widening its product...
