Petronas to make FID on Rapid complex by end of March

Petronas (Kuala Lumpur) will make a final investment decision (FID) on the Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development (Rapid) project in Johor State, Malaysia, by the end of this month, reversing an earlier statement that it would be unlikely to meet this deadline because of issues related to the relocation of residents from the site and escalating costs.
