Petronas Signs JV Deals with Itochu, PTT for Rapid Complex

Petronas (Kuala Lumpur) has signed heads of agreement (HOA) to establish two separate petrochemical joint ventures within the company’s previously announced refinery and petrochemical integrated development (Rapid) complex at Pengerang in the state of Johor, Malaysia, near the border with Singapore.
