Petrokemya Signs Deal with Tecnicas Reunidas for ABS Plant

Arabian Petrochemical Co. (Petrokemya; Jubail, Saudi Arabia), a Sabic affiliate, has signed a letter of intent with Tecnicas Reunidas (Madrid) for the engineering, procurement, and construction of an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plant at Jubail. The total investment in the project is expected to reach $561 million and the company is planning to finance the capital costs from its own resources.
