Lanxess to Hike Cresols Capacity at Leverkusen Complex

Breuers: Sustainable market growth. Lanxess says its advanced industrial intermediates business will expand capacity for cresols at Leverkusen by a further 20%. The €20-million ($27 million) project is due for completion in mid-2013. Current and planned capacity for cresols were not disclosed.
