Jacobs is designing the equipment and process for two final acid towers using the company’s proprietary technology. Jacobs is also designing and fabricating a proprietary anodically protected sulfuric acid cooler. The contracts follow a project to replace an acid cooler that Jacobs completed for Foskor in 2009.
