India Courts Qatar for Refining and Petchem Investments

Indian authorities are seeking to partner with Qatar in some of India’s most prestigious refining and petrochemical projects to secure long-term supplies of liquefied natural gas (LNG), including supplies to Indian Oil’s planned LNG terminal at Ennore.
