Caojing Cracker Delayed; Secco, Dow Would Like to Join

A refining and olefins project at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP; Caojing, China), originally planned as a joint venture between Sinopec and SCIP, has been delayed by at least two years and is unlikely to come onstream before 2012, CW has learned.
