BASF Constructs Acrylic Dispersions Plant in South Africa

BASF has announced plans to build a dispersions plant at Durban, South Africa. The plant will produce acrylic dispersions mainly for the coatings and construction industry. It will benefit from local availability of raw materials and proximity to key customers serving the fast-growing markets of South Africa and the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa, BASF says.
