BASF Builds Specialty Zeolites Plant in Germany

BASF says it is building a plant to produce specialty zeolites at Ludwigshafen. The plant will significantly increase BASFâ€™s production capacity for specialty zeolites and is expected to start operations in the first quarter of 2014, the company says. Zeolites are crystalline aluminosilicates.
