Assam Cracker’s Costs Escalate; Completion Is Delayed

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (New Delhi), headed by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, has approved a revised cost estimate for a previously announced gas cracker project in the state of Assam, India.
