Aramco and Dow Sign Agreement for Saudi Megaproject

Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical have signed a detailed memorandum of understanding for a previously announced $20 billion-plus petrochemical complex near Ras Tanura on Saudi Arabia’s east coast.
