Air Products Builds World’s Biggest Renewable Energy Plant in U.K.

Air Products says it will build and operate the world’s largest renewable energy plant in the U.K., using advanced gasification energy-from-waste (EfW) technology. The plant, located at the New Energy and Technology Business Park, near Billingham, will be the first of its kind in the U.K., with an approximate capacity of 50 MW, Air Products says.
