Afton Chemical breaks ground on Singapore plant

Afton Chemical (Richmond), part of NewMarket Corp., has held a groundbreaking ceremony for a previously announced chemical additives manufacturing facility at Jurong Island, Singapore. The plant, designed and located to meet the growth of the Asia/Pacific and Mideast markets, will start production in January 2016 to support the next generation of additive solutions.
