Idemitsu, Mitsui, Kuwait Petroleum proceed with Vietnam investment

Idemitsu Kosan says it has reached a final investment decision to proceed with a previously announced refinery and petrochemical joint venture project in Vietnam. The facilities will be built by Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical with coinvestors Mitsui Chemicals, Kuwait Petroleum International, and PetroVietnam (Hanoi). A construction agreement was signed with a construction consortium last January.
