Chemical Week Magazine :: New Construction Projects Gazprom and Air Liquide agree to develop helium deposits in Siberia5:42 AM MST | January 25, 2013 Gazprom (Moscow) and Air Liquide have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish future cooperation on Gazprom’s project to develop helium deposits in eastern Siberia. Each company will study forms of cooperation such as joint production, transportation, storage, and marketing of helium under the terms of the MOU, which was signed by Alexander Medvedev, deputy chairman of Gazprom and general director of Gazprom Export; and François Darchis, senior v.p. and member of the executive committee at Air Liquide.
