Chemical Week Magazine :: New Construction Projects Indorama confirms PET investment in US, to debottleneck unit in Poland10:12 AM MST | January 4, 2013 Indorama Ventures (Bangkok) has confirmed plans to build a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plant in the United States. The company originally announced plans for the project earlier this year. Indorama’s board of directors approved the project at a recently held meeting. The PET plant will have a capacity of 540,000 m.t./year, and it is expected to start production in the fourth quarter of 2015.
