Mangalore attracts PDH facility, renewable epoxy resins plant

Mangalore Special Economic Zone (MSEZ; Mangalore, India) will host a world-scale propane dehydrogenation (PDH) manufacturing facility, CW has learned. Final negotiations are under way between MSEZ and potential investors planning to build the stand-alone PDH facility. Further details have not been disclosed. Meanwhile, Cardolite (Newark, NJ), a developer and producer of specialty chemicals using renewable cashew-nutshell liquid technology, is also establishing a production unit at MSEZ.
