Shell Chemicals and Sabic have confirmed CW’s exclusive report that they plan to construct propylene oxide-styrene monomer (POSM) and polyol plants in Saudi Arabia. The companies agreed on 11 November to study the projects at their 50-50 joint venture, Saudi Petrochemical Co. (Sadaf; Jubail, Saudi Arabia).
