Rabigh II petchem plan to be merged with Petro Rabigh

Petro Rabigh (Rabigh, Saudi Arabia) has announced, after a comprehensive assessment of the company’s Rabigh II project, that its board of directors has approved plans to merge Rabigh II with Petro Rabigh. Petro Rabigh is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical. Part of Petro Rabigh is listed on the Saudi stock exchange.
