Oracle Adds New Charges to Suit Against SAP

Oracle, which filed suit against rival SAP and its TomorrowNow (Bryan, TX) subsidiary earlier this year, says it has filed an amended complaint in federal District Court in San Francisco. The complaint adds copyright infringement and breach of contract claims to the original suit, Oracle says. The original suit alleges that SAP stole thousands of Oracle’s proprietary software products and other confidential materials and copied them to SAP’s servers (CW, April 25, p. 27).
