Lanxess Expands Board

Lanxess says it has appointed Rainier van Roessel to its board, effective this month. He has responsibility for three of Lanxess’s performance chemicals businesses; Lanxess’s country units; and information technology, logistics, procurement, and supply chain. Van Roessel was previously head of rubber chemicals and of Lanxess’s Belgian country unit. He increases Lanxess’s number of board members from four, to five.
