NewMarket (Richmond, VA) announced that Warren Huang, president of its Afton Chemical unit, is retiring from the company, effective April 1, 2013. Robert Shama will replace Huang. Shama has been with the company for 21 years and, most recently, has served as Afton’s chief marketing officer. He has run the company’s North America business for 12 years.
