Haldor Topsoe has named Bjerne Clausen CEO. Clausen replaces Njels Kegel Sorensen, CEO since September 2007, who has resigned. Clausen joined Haldor Topsoe in 1979 as a researcher, and was later promoted to director of R&D. Since 2008, he has been executive v.p./technology division. PolyOne has named Cynthia Tomasch, v.p./planning and investor relations, effective December 14. She will succeed Joseph Kelley, who has left the company.
