Airgas has made two executive appointments. Jim McCarthy has been named v.p./safety and compliance. McCarthy was most recently director/gas supply chain, a role he has held since 2008. Prior to that he had worked for Airgas in Nevada and California. McCarthy joined Airgas in 1988. Meanwhile, Bob Bradshaw has been named president/Airgas Mid-South, a regional business covering Oklahoma, Kansas, north Texas, Missouri, north Louisiana, west Tennessee, and northwest Mississippi.
