W.R. Grace has named Mark Sutherland v.p./investor relations. Sutherland joins Grace from Lubrizol, where he was investor relations officer for six years. Prior to that he was general manager of a Lubrizol specialty chemicals business. Sutherland replaces Susette Smith, who is retiring. Compass Minerals has made a change to its board of directors.
