A. Schulman has named Joseph Levanduski v.p., CFO and treasurer, effective June 10. Levanduski was most recently senior v.p. and CFO for Hawk Corp., a manufacturer of high-performance friction products that was acquired by Carlisle Companies late last year. Prior to that, he had served in a variety of other positions with Hawk. He replaces Paul DeSantis, who had been CFO since 2006 and left the company earlier this year.
