The Chlorine Institute has named Therese Cirone v.p./health, environment, safety and security. Cirone was most recently v.p./environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance for RSR Corp., a recycling firm. She has also held EH&S management positions for Diamond Shamrock Chemical, Occidental Chemical and Halliburton Energy Services.
