Key Changes

LyondellBasell has made several appointments to its supervisory board. Marvin Schlanger, principal at Cherry Hill Chemical Investments, has been named board chairman. Milton Carroll, Bruce Smith, and Rudy van der Meer have also been named to the board. Carroll is founder of oil tool maker Instrument Products; Smith was CEO of oil company Tesoro from 1996 to 2010; and van der Meer previously headed coatings and chemicals at AkzoNobel.
