Dow Chemical has named Dominic Yang business group v.p./electronic materials within its advanced materials unit. Yang succeeds Yi Hyon Park, who is retiring. He joined Dow with the Rohm and Haas acquisition, and was most recently global general manager/electronic materials display technologies.
